Farah to choreograph peppy track of 'Joker' in Chandigarh | Total Filmy

According to the latest reports, filmmaker-cum-choreographer Farah Khan is gearing up to begin the shoot of one of the highlight songs for hubby Shirish Kunder's 3D flick, 'Joker'.

Currently, the complete cast of 'Joker' is in Chandigarh and the zippy track is most likely to be shot today, on a location that is nearly two hours away from the city.

The track is crooned by the talented caroler Daler Mehndi and rehearsals for that kicked off few days ago.

Confirming about the shooting of the track, Farah told Mid-Day, “We are shooting in the open fields about two hours drive from Chandigarh. Sets have also been erected for the shoot. It is an extremely peppy number but it is not a typically Punjabi track.

“It is one of the a highlight of the movie as the entire cast is part of it."

Besides Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha, 'Joker' features Shreyas Talpade, Vindoo Dara Singh, Minnisha Lamba and Darshan Jariwala.

The music of the sci-fi flick has been composed by A. R. Rahman's nephew, G V Prakash.

SONAKSHI AT HER BEST IN 'JOKER'
She entered the industry as a village belly in 'Dabangg', but now, the newbie Sonakshi Sinha has stolen many hearts in the tinsel town with sheer hardwork and marvelous acting skills.

Interestingly, the 23-year-old lasso has, presently, more than 1,10,000 Twitter followers.

In her forthcoming project 'Joker' with Akshay Kumar and 'Kick' with Salman Khan, the Sinha lasso will be shedding her village girl image, and will be seen in a complete new look.

Confirming her modernised look, Sonakshi said, “Oh yes, there's more to me than the demure 'gaon ki sehmi-sehmi' Rajjo in 'Dabangg'. Audiences will see me totally urbanised in 'Joker' and 'Kick'.”

If everything goes as planned, then Sonakshi will be seen romancing Kamal Haasan, as well, in his next.
